This was an extensive exterior restoration project spanning over 30 properties, including sash windows, doors, fascias, soffits , gutters downpipes and metal garden gates. Each unit required timer restoration, including Resin repairs, Burning off old paint, Puttying windows, crack filling and undercoating and glossing. The sheer scale demanded our team of 12, working in sync across multiple propertie, using scaffolding and high visibility safety measures on a busy road.
The Solution

We implemented a structured workflow, breaking down tasks by zone and ensuring each crew focused on their speciality, Health and safety was rigorously followed, high vis was mandatory and we co-ordinated scaffold use with risk assessments to keep the team and public safe on a busy thoroughfare. By using resin kits and high quality fillers, we restored each sash window and door to a pristine condition. Every step was aligned with our schedule, ensuring no compromise on quality or deadline .
