This was a full internal and external decorating project for a brand new beachfront air bnb, designed to evoke a luxury coastal vibe with blues, whites and cream tones. The property featured brand new plaster and woodwork. We faced a tight 8 week deadline, and we had to navigate accordingly around other trades. Ensuring the work aligned.
The Solution
Using our bespoke, self made excel project management model, we tracked progress daily. Our full time surveyors ensured smooth co-ordination, and we appointed lead decorators on site everyday. Weekly site visits kept us on on track and allowed us to hold a very high standard and coupled with our project management model, it allowed us to stay ahead of schedule. For the finish we sprayed all mis coating, and applied a spray finish to all ceilings, brushed and rolled the walls and applied wallpaper where the client requested. All woodwork was meticulously hand brushed, ensuring a high end bespoke finish.
The Result
We completed the project snag free, within the 8 week timeframe, the client launched the air bnb immediately and bookings started almost right away.
